The Indonesian Friendship was born out of a desire to reach out to the small group of Indonesians coming to HopePC on Sundays. The group was started by Yus and Indry, an Indonesian couple who came to Hope for an internship attachment from Singapore Bible College. Upon graduation and subsequent return to Indonesia, Janice Yeo took over the ministry with the help of the Esther Network. The Esther Network makes available manpower and other resources to help churches reach out to Indonesian domestic workers (IDWs). Although it is still in its infancy stage, we praise God for the way Christ is being shared to the IDWs every Sunday at 11:a.m.
